Interview

Fill out our contact form and a personal shopper from Car Concierge will get in touch with you shortly for an interview. During the interview, you’ll tell your personal shopper all about the vehicle you’re looking for, whether you know the make and model or you need help narrowing it down.

Investigate

Your personal shopper will reach out to dozens of dealers across your geographic area or the nation, depending on where your particular vehicle can be found. Our personal shoppers work fast and know which dealers to talk to, saving you tons of time.

Identify

Once we’ve found a number of vehicles, we’ll narrow down the exact ones you want us to pursue new car negotiations with. If you need to test drive the vehicle, that would be handled at this time as well.

Negotiate

With many years in the automotive industry, our team can get you the best deal around. We’ll then bring that deal back to you for approval.

Deliver

After final approval, you’ll either go to the dealership in person to sign paperwork and take your new vehicle home, or have the paperwork and vehicle delivered to you by the dealership if needed.
